How do we use your enquiry details?

We use your enquiry details to contact you and prepare travel options. Where available, we record a visit-source category and count visits, page views and WhatsApp clicks within this site. A random browser identifier expires at the end of the day to reduce duplicate counts, without linking it to your name. Previous-day deduplication records are deleted daily while aggregate totals remain. This measurement sends no data to an external analytics service and does not store full referring URLs or search terms. We respect browser signals requesting no tracking.

01How do I request a trip and confirm a booking?
Send your request through our website. We prepare an offer based on your dates, travellers and interests. You receive the offer and booking policies to review and accept before payment. Booking confirmation depends on availability and your offer’s terms.
02Can I customise my itinerary?
Yes. Cities, hotels and trip length can be tailored before confirmation, subject to availability and budget. Changes after confirmation depend on booking and supplier terms and may incur additional costs.
03What does the package price include?
Check the “Included” and “Not included” sections. Services vary by trip; your personal offer sets out the accommodation, transport and agreed services before payment.
04Are flights included?
Flights are included only when explicitly stated in your offer. Review your programme and offer before confirming.
05How do I pay?
Payment is currently by bank transfer to the company account, using the details and instructions in your offer. Full payment is the default; any other arrangement requires prior written agreement.
06Can I cancel or postpone my trip?
Cancellation and changes are governed by your offer and our policy. Packages sold as non-refundable do not provide a refund simply because the customer cancels, subject to mandatory legal rights. In emergencies, we can try to request postponement without guaranteeing supplier approval. Read the full booking and cancellation policy
07Where do I find my booking details and itinerary?
After bookings are confirmed, our team explains how you will receive the documents and agreed itinerary. A trip guide link can be provided when a guide has been prepared and activated for your booking.
08Can I contact you in Arabic?
Yes. We communicate in Arabic to help plan your trip and answer booking questions. Support services during travel are specified in your programme offer.
